Tracy Kwiker offers clients more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in cutting-edge fields during their most formative eras. In addition to founding and operating a well-respected Southern California association management and event production company for 9 years, Tracy has played key operational and marketing roles in several additional entrepreneurial ventures, including a leading solar energy project developer, a 501(c)(3) public charity, a Paul Allen-backed Internet start-up, a multi-million dollar retail store, and two prominent Russian-American joint ventures based in Moscow during the Gorbachev-Yeltsin era. Thanks to a quarter century of continual hands-on experiences, Tracy has learned how to rapidly formulate and execute complex, time- and budget-constrained endeavors with little to no pre-existing infrastructure.
Along with her wide breadth of experience with startup and high-growth companies, Tracy is well-known in the Southern California startup community for her ability to pinpoint the core essence of a company’s strategic value proposition to craft comprehensive, precise, concise, and compelling pitch materials.
Additionally, Tracy’s extensive background as an award-winning professional event producer has provided her with a unique expertise in “experiential” marketing, the art of creating interactive experiences that elicit emotional connections to products and brands. Experiential marketing, available to companies of all sizes and generations, can forge far more compelling bonds with customers than print, electronic, or social media.
Tracy graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Tufts University and received her MBA from Harvard Business School in 1995. She speaks conversational Russian and maintains passable survival Spanish. In addition to working in both Russia and Germany, Tracy has traveled extensively in Western, Central, and Eastern Europe as well as Russia, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
